Eligible change-of-mind return requests may normally be submitted within 30 days after delivery. Once approved, the item must normally be sent within 7 days using a trackable delivery service.

Items must be unworn, unused and unaltered, with original packaging, tags, accessories and any hygiene seal intact.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is normally responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes and clearance charges are not normally refundable, except where required by law.

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

Earrings are eligible for change-of-mind return only while the original tamper-evident hygiene seal remains intact, where permitted by law.

Personalised or custom-made products, gift cards and products clearly marked “Final Sale” are not normally eligible for change-of-mind return.
