Shipping Destinations
We ship to selected international destinations worldwide. A destination is currently available for delivery only if it can be selected at checkout.

Product prices, currencies, shipping rates, and free-shipping thresholds may vary depending on the destination.

After you enter your delivery address, the shipping options, charges, and free-shipping eligibility displayed at checkout will be the final options applicable to your order.

Order Processing
Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 5–10 business days after the order is placed.

This processing period includes order preparation, quality checks, packaging, and handling before dispatch.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Estimated Delivery Time
After dispatch, delivery typically takes approximately 7–18 business days, depending on the destination and local courier service.

The estimated total time from placing an order to delivery is therefore approximately 12–28 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, peak shopping periods, adverse weather, local courier conditions, transportation disruption, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping Fees and Free Shipping
Shipping fees and free-shipping thresholds vary by destination and may be shown in your local or checkout currency.
Your eligibility for free shipping is determined by the qualifying order subtotal displayed at checkout after any applicable discounts have been applied.

If your order qualifies for free shipping, the applicable free standard tracked shipping option will be displayed at checkout.

Free shipping covers the shipping charge only. It does not include import duties, taxes, customs-clearance charges, brokerage fees, or other local charges unless the shipping method is expressly marked “Duties & Taxes Included.”

Duties, Taxes and Customs Charges

Duties and Taxes Included — DDP

Where a shipping method is expressly marked “Duties & Taxes Included,” “Tax Included,” or with similar wording, the order will be shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid basis.
Applicable import duties and taxes are prepaid by us, and you should not be required to pay additional import duties or taxes when the parcel is delivered.

Duties and Taxes Not Included — DDU/DAP

Where the shipping method is not expressly marked as including duties and taxes, the order will be shipped on a Duties Unpaid or Delivered at Place basis.

The recipient will be responsible for any applicable:

• Import duties;
• VAT, GST, sales tax or other import taxes;
• Customs-clearance charges;
• Brokerage or handling fees; and
• Other charges imposed by the destination country, customs authority or delivery carrier.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge. We do not control these charges and may not be able to estimate them before delivery.

Free shipping does not remove the recipient’s responsibility for these charges where the shipment is sent on a DDU/DAP basis.

Customs Delays
International orders may be inspected or delayed by customs authorities.
We are unable to control customs processing times and are not responsible for delivery delays caused by customs clearance, requests for additional recipient information, or local import procedures.

Customers are responsible for providing any information reasonably required by customs authorities or the delivery carrier.

Refused, Unclaimed or Undeliverable Parcels
If a DDU/DAP shipment is refused or left unclaimed because import duties, taxes or other local charges have not been paid, the parcel may be returned to us or treated as abandoned by the carrier or customs authority.

Where a parcel is returned to us, any eligible refund will normally be considered only after the parcel has been received and inspected.

Where permitted by applicable law, the original shipping charge and any actual return-shipping, customs, carrier, handling or related charges may be deducted from the refund.

Parcels that are abandoned, destroyed or not returned to us may not be eligible for a refund, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Order Tracking
A tracking number will be sent by email once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking information may take some time to become available or update after the parcel has been handed to the carrier.

Please note that tracking updates may be less frequent after the parcel reaches the destination country or is transferred to a local delivery provider.

 

Damaged or Incomplete Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at deborahandlf@gmail.com.

Please include:

• Your order number;
• Clear photographs of the external packaging;
• A photograph of the shipping label;
• Clear photographs of the damaged item or missing contents; and
• A brief description of the issue.

Please keep the original packaging until we have reviewed your request.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your delivery address, postal code, telephone number and recipient information are complete and accurate before placing your order.

Address-change requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.

Where permitted by applicable law, customers may be responsible for reshipping and related carrier charges if a parcel is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, failure to collect the parcel, or failure to provide information requested by the carrier or customs authority.
