Returns Eligibility
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unworn, unused, and in original condition
• Returned in original packaging, including all tags and accessories
For hygiene and quality reasons, earrings and personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item.
Return requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to purchase a different item, please place a new order after your return is processed.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale, personalized pieces, and earrings are not eligible for return or refund unless faulty.
